Pilot smoke runbook

  1. Open /ops/system and confirm database and redis are healthy.
  2. Confirm app, worker, and scheduler telemetry are present.
  3. Open /ops/integrations and resolve blocked Direct connections first.
  4. Create or select one pilot workspace and one client.
  5. Finish Direct onboarding and run precheck.
  6. Generate quote, complete manual payment, launch report.
  7. Open report result and confirm recommendations and mutation dry-run render correctly.
